Web Offset Printing

Publishers of newspapers, tabloids, magazines, catalogs and booklets from all over Northern California depend on us to meet their deadlines and high quality requirements. We have three web press lines: a 10-unit News King, a four unit Color King, and our flagship 16 unit color web press. We print in full color at speeds up to 20,000 per hour.

Heidelberg G7 Color Quality Printing

Our Heidelberg CD74 Speedmaster prints stunning, world-renowned quality. We print five colors of ink plus a protective glossy coating in one pass at 15,000 sheets per hour. Our Gunit Heidelberg CD102 prints 28" x 40" size sheets. This state-of-the-art Heidelberg technology records and remembers the parameters of your present and future job reprints. The exact settings of hundreds of ink keys on the press are recorded in the file so that color printing on your job will always be exact, consistent and accurate. That means optimum cost savings and 100% accuracy.

Offset Printing

Our three small presses handle jobs that are less than 11x17 in size, such as letterheads, envelopes, business cards and other commercial printing needs. The Ryobi 3302 prints two colors at once, saving you time and money.

The FolgerGraphics Digital Production Department features three powerful digital presses. Our new Xerox Color 1000 Press and DocuColor 5000 presses are equipped with an EFI Fiery Interface that produces outstanding image quality direct from your computer files. These advanced digital presses are twinned so that we can double the output speed for your rush jobs.

In-Line Bindery

Our DC 240 will collate and staple your sets, or fold your booklets and then saddle-bind them. It all happens at once and that saves you time and money.
